One poll finds the night.

Players mark when they can play. It ranks the dates by who can come, drops the ones your must-have players can't make, and marks the nights your other tables have taken. Confirm one, and players get a calendar invite by email that reminds them the day before.

The GM's schedule for The Saltmere Reach: dates ranked by who can come; Saturday is marked Taken: Lanterns of Teiosa.
A player's When can you play? grid: dates marked in, maybe or out, and hatched dates the GM can't run.

One world for every table.

Write a place or a person once, in the world above your campaigns, and reveal it to the tables that should know it. Each campaign keeps its own wiki.

The world The Drowned Coast: three campaigns and six shared entries, each shown in one to three tables.

Every session, written down.

After each session you get the recap, a wiki page for every NPC, and the quotes of the night. It cuts any quote it can't match to the recording and holds unclear names for your review.

Session 3, The Ninth Bell: the narrative recap with linked names of people and places.
Memorable quotes from the campaign, each with the character who said it.

IV

Players come back between games.

Each player reads their hero's chapter of every session, told in the first person, and can listen to the last session as a podcast. In Telegram, your group can vote for the quote of the night and play a quiz about the campaign.

Audio Chronicles: three sessions and Play All.

Questions clubs ask

Does each table need its own plan?

No. Your plan and your Echoes belong to your account, and every campaign you own shares them. Players join free.

Do players need to sign up?

Players need a free account to answer the poll and read the campaign. Players in your Telegram group can answer the poll in the chat.

How accurate is it?

It checks its work. It cuts any quote it can't match to your recording, holds unclear names for your review, and marks scenes that drift from it.
